How it works

Automate client journeys with drag-and-drop simplicity. Connect triggers to actions, build if/then logic, and let AI handle responses—all without writing a single line of code.

Step 1: Access Automation

1. Go to the Top menu

2. Select “Automation”

3. Select “Marketing Automation”

4. Select “Add New”

Step 2: Name & Save

1. Give your automation a clear name
   (Example: “New Client Welcome Flow”)

2. Select “Save”

3. You’re now in the Automation Builder

Step 3: Add Conditions

This is where you set the rules:

• When

  (Trigger): What starts the automation?

• IF

  (Conditions): Any extra rules?

• Then

  (Actions): What happens next?

Step 4: Build Your Flow

Drag and drop to create:

1. Start With a trigger

2. Add Actions

3. Insert Waits or conditions

4. Connect Everything visually

• Client visits website

• Books appointment

• Signs consent form

• Replies to email/SMS
